Serandigo is a small, Colombo-based travel desk. No call centres, no templated coach tours — just a team who grew up on this island planning your route around it.
Serandigo began in 2011 when our founder, a former hill-country trekking guide, started arranging private transport for backpackers who kept asking the same question: "who do we trust to actually show us the island?"
Fifteen years on, we're still a small team on purpose. Every itinerary is planned by someone who has driven the route, every driver-guide is vetted and re-briefed each season, and every traveller gets a direct WhatsApp line to their coordinator — not a ticketing queue.
